3/07/2008 | As the bill for koala control on Kangaroo Island approaches $5 million, a parliamentary inquiry has urged a more sustainable solution to the feral koala problem. Since 1997 more than $4.73 million has been spent on sterilisation and moving koalas off the island to the South-East of SA.
